Why learn to dance Salsa?
Salsa is great fun, a fantastic way to keep fit, and a wonderful way to meet people!
The classes appeal to people of all ages and backgrounds and once you know a few steps, there are many places to go to socialise and practise.
If you don’t have a partner, don’t worry. You can partner up at the class. Lots of people come on their own. Alternatively try one of our Salsacise classes where you can dance on your own.
Once a month we organise a Salsa club night/party, and we also run regular Bachata and Merengue classes.
We have a passion for Salsa and have been teaching for over 10 years. Our experience and credentials as teachers and dancers are unequalled in the Central Scotland area.

Shape up, burn some calories and have fun at one of our Salsacise classes. Stirling Salsa run the ONLY GENUINE Salsacise classes in Central Scotland, where you can learn to dance the real thing as well as burning calories (learn a skill and get fit at the same time!) Once a month, just before our Salsa Club nights, we run a free, FUN, Salsa or Merengue class for complete beginners
8pm-8.30pm

The class is free and you’re very welcome to stay on afterwards for our Salsa Party - lots of hot, Latin music (old and new), cheap bar, great dance floor and friendly faces! (£5 entry for party night)
