Welcome to our website. We run Salsa classes on most days of the week in Stirling, Bridge of Allan, Perthshire, Clackmannanshire and other parts of Central Scotland. For full details of our classes click here.
Why learn to dance Salsa?
Salsa is great fun, a fantastic way to keep fit, and a wonderful way to meet people!
Our classes appeal to people of all ages and backgrounds and once you know a few steps, there are many places to go to socialise and practise.
To help you with your dancing we run our monthly Salsa Club night on a Saturday night (click here for details)
If you want to join a class and don’t have a partner, don’t worry. You can partner up at the class. Lots of people come on their own. Alternatively try one of our Salsacise/Latinocise classes where you can dance on your own (they’re fun, great exercise and you’re learning to dance - so, when you’re away on your hols in the Carribean, Cuba or Spain you be able to get up on that dance floor and shake your booty with the locals - see below)
We have a passion for Salsa and have been teaching for over 10 years. Our experience and credentials as teachers and dancers are unequalled in the Central Scotland area.
We run classes from Complete Beginners right up to Advanced Masterclasses in Salsa
Latinocise/Salsacise
Shape up, burn some calories and have fun at one of our Latinocise/Salsacise classes.
Stirling Salsa run the ONLY GENUINE Latin Dance Exercise classes in Central Scotland, where you can learn to dance the REAL THING as well as burning calories (Wow! Learn a skill, have fun and get fit at the same time!) In our class you learn to dance the REAL DANCE STEPS with experienced, championship winning dance instructors!! FREE TASTER CLASSES - SALSA/MERENGUE

Once a month, just before our Salsa Club nights, we run a free, FUN, Salsa or Merengue class for complete beginners
8pm-8.30pm

The class is free and you’re very welcome to stay on afterwards for our Salsa Party - lots of hot, Latin music (old and new), cheap bar, great dance floor and friendly faces! (£5 entry for party night)
