This class is suitable for anyone who has covered the basic steps and some alternate turns. Or if you have attended the Complete Beginners class. We will be looking at LA basics (cross body lead, turns) and going over basic alternate turns etc. Class is therefore suitable for anyone who wishes to go back and consolidate the basics further. Also those of you may not have been to class for a while but who don’t want to go back to complete beginners.
For anyone who has covered to some extent the following: Cross Body Lead, Right Hand Turns, some Cross Body Turns and Breaks. You don’t have to be an expert at these things – if you have covered them even at a basic level this is the class for you as we will be consolidating and improving on them, looking at creating fluidity, good leading and following, and improvisation in your dancing. We will concentrate on these basics but will add on patterns new to everyone as we progress through the block. We’ll also make sure that you do not forget what you have learned so far
This is for any students who have attended the Improvers class and want to progress their dancing.
